Nakheel Dubai Islands Plots

Nakheel, the world's top master developer has unveiled a new idea for the Dubai Islands that would totally redefine the concept of waterfront living. Plots on Dubai Islands (Old Deira Island) will go on sale tomorrow, with an average price of AED 175 per sq ft. The Dubai Islands, a collection of five islands covering an area of 17 square kilometers, were created to improve the quality of life for both residents and visitors.

According to a Nakheel statement, around 80 resorts and hotels, including luxury and wellness resorts, boutique, family-friendly, and eco-conscious hotels, would be developed on the islands, supporting Dubai's objective of increasing the number of hotel keys.
