Oakwood Residency is a 19-storey residential building, that has additional spaces for commercial and retail areas. This project was developed by Deyaar Development PJSC and Dubai Properties Group and was completed in 2012. The complex has a total of 344 apartments, comprising one and two bedrooms. The units have sizes ranging from 58 square meters (625 sq ft) to 146 square meters (1570 sq ft). One-bedroom apartments have one or two bathrooms and a powder room. Other features in the properties are the living rooms, dining rooms, enclosed kitchens, as well as balconies with views of the city.
