The master community Serena, developed by Dubai Properties, will have an 8.2 million square foot footprint. According to the developer, the town will be built in five phases and focus on affordable housing. The two and three-bedroom townhouses and three-bedroom semi-detached villas in the first phase, Bella Casa, which opened in February 2016, are placed around clusters that each include four to six units.
