Jumeirah Garden City Al Satwa is a residential area located in Dubai. It consists of land pieces that can be built up to eight floors. The freehold residential suburb is next to the UAE's principal roadway, Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). Much of the region is currently being redeveloped, resulting in a medium-density residential sector.
