A beachfront community called Jumeirah Beach Residences, or JBR, is situated in Dubai Marina. It is well known for its extensive residential development, including studios, apartments, penthouses, 5-star hotels, dining options, and designer shops. JBR, established in 2002 by Dubai Properties, is famous for its beach access and stunning views of the Persian Gulf. A retail complex at street level, The Beach, and a plaza at ground level, The Walk, are also part of the neighborhood. JBR also benefits from access to Dubai's metro and tram system and direct access to Sheik Zayed Road.
