A mixed-use development called Dubai Investment Park, or DIP, is situated 8 kilometers inland from the coast of Dubai. It was first developed in 1997 by Dubai Investments Real Estate Company and is primarily a business and industrial region with well-established residential neighborhoods like the Green Community. The residential neighborhood now consists of a mix of flats, villas, townhouses, and bungalows, with plans to add more in the future. The projects that are currently off plan are listed below.
