Al Jaddaf, also sometimes known as Al Jadaf, is a neighborhood in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Jaddaf, which roughly translates to "The Rower," used to be mainly a dhow-building region. These ancient boats are currently solely constructed and maintained at their shipyards.
Dubai Healthcare City's second phase and Dubai Culture Village, a zoned community devoted to performing, visual, and literary arts, were recently completed. With up to five hotels now under development and three already built, including Marriott Al Jadaf, Reflection Hotel Apartments, and Arabian Park Hotel, this neighborhood is still growing into a significant hotel center.
