Emaar Address Harbour Point Master Plan

Dubai Creek Harbour at The Lagoons side is a six million square meter mega-city in the works for Dubai. It is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, a government-owned real estate developer.

The project, which goes under the tagline "Discover life at the source," is located close to the Ras Al Khor natural reserve, which is noted for its flamingos.

The first phase, Dubai Creek Residences, a six-tower residential building complex with views of Dubai Creek and the Dubai skyline, has already commenced construction.
